Head of Product at Toggl
Toggl is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Head of Product to spearhead our product organization during an exciting phase of transformation. In this leadership role, you’ll be instrumental in scaling Toggl from $20M to $50M ARR by evolving our product from a time-tracking solution into a fully integrated suite—all while staying aligned with business goals, market demands, and user expectations.
This position offers an annual salary of €130,000 with performance-based yearly increases and eligibility for our company-wide bonus program.
Location flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere in Europe.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution, particularly in product-led growth and B2B SaaS. You’ll unify cross-functional teams, drive high-impact initiatives, and shape Toggl’s future as a cohesive product ecosystem.

Your Mission
As Toggl’s Head of Product, you will:
- Develop and implement product strategies that fuel both immediate revenue growth and long-term company vision.
- Strategically expand into enterprise markets while maintaining strong SMB traction.
- Harness data analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to optimize growth and engagement.
- Advocate for lean research practices that drive decisions without bureaucratic overhead.
- Merge analytical rigor with an unwavering commitment to exceptional user experiences.
- Align with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to maximize acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Lead through action—jump into the trenches when needed to unblock teams and accelerate progress.
- Elevate product execution by fostering a culture of rapid iteration, high-quality MVPs, and scalable processes.
Who You Are
Ideal candidates bring:
- Deep B2B SaaS and PLG expertise, preferably with companies scaling from $20M-$50M ARR.
- Exceptional product intuition and the ability to translate vision into execution.
- Demonstrated success balancing enterprise expansion with SMB growth strategies.

- Fluency in shifting between big-picture strategy and tactical implementation.
