Chief Product Officer at Toggl
Join Toggl as our Chief Product Officer to spearhead our product organization during a pivotal growth phase. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in scaling Toggl from $20M to $50M ARR by transforming our product from a time-tracking tool into an integrated suite that meets market demands and customer expectations.
This position offers an annual salary of €145,000 with performance-based increases and eligibility for the company-wide bonus program.
Work remotely from any location in Europe.
Your success will depend on your ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on leadership in product-led growth and B2B SaaS. You will unify product teams, drive key initiatives, and shape Toggl’s evolution into a unified product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
As Head of Product, you will:
- Develop and implement product strategies that support Toggl’s revenue targets and mission.
- Explore upmarket expansion while maintaining strength in the SMB segment.
- Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to drive growth and improve user engagement.
- Advocate for lean research to enable efficient, evidence-based decisions.
- Combine analytical rigor with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to boost acquisition, retention, and expansion. Work with executives on go-to-market and revenue strategies.
- Lead hands-on when needed, providing direct support to resolve product challenges. Mentor product managers and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration in research and discovery.
- Accelerate execution without compromising quality. Establish scalable processes for experimentation and implementation to reduce ambiguity and improve decision-making.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS and product-led growth, preferably in companies scaling from $20M to $50M ARR.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to guide teams toward building outstanding products.
- A track record of balancing upmarket and SMB growth strategies in SaaS.
- Adaptable leadership skills, knowing when to delegate, coach, or intervene.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels, shifting focus as needed.
- A bold yet pragmatic approach to experimentation—making confident decisions, validating results, and learning from outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex strategies into clear plans for diverse stakeholders.
