Your Role
- Assisting customers via chat and email.
- Guiding potential users on Cliniko’s suitability for their business.
- Engaging on social media platforms.
- Collaborating with developers and third-party integrators to resolve issues.

Requirements
This role requires availability during UK business hours (9 AM–5 PM GMT), including some weekend coverage. Your workday must align with daylight hours in your time zone (6 AM–7 PM local time). We prioritize well-being and long-term sustainability—night owls, please watch for future roles in your time zone.
