Remote WP All Import: SEO Strategist & Writer at WP All Import
Our team operates entirely remotely, with members spread across the globe. Whether you're in Australia, the US, Canada, Thailand, Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Turkey, Nigeria, South Africa, the UK, or Romania, your location and time zone don't matter to us.
Your primary role will be to create content that ranks well. This includes documentation, tutorials, video descriptions, blog posts, and more. You'll have the freedom to research, choose topics, write, edit, and publish content independently. Ideal candidates will have experience with WordPress, SEO, and technical writing.
Flexibility
As a small team, we prioritize flexibility. You can work mornings, evenings, or even in the middle of the night. Take two weeks off for a trip or decide to take a day off without notice. Our only request is to update the availability calendar if you're unavailable for more than two consecutive days or can't meet your weekly hours.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and publish content quickly and efficiently.
- Identify high-impact topics to boost search rankings.
- Determine and integrate relevant keywords into your writing.
- Monitor search rankings and optimize existing content.
- Design graphic assets to complement your content.
- Understand our products and how customers use them.
Requirements
We prioritize the ability to produce high-quality content. The more of these qualifications you meet, the better (listed in order of importance):
- Available to work 30 hours per week.
- Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Expert-level SEO knowledge and the ability to create content that ranks. You should be able to dominate SERPs with minimal oversight.
- Expert-level proficiency with analytics tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, GTM, and Fathom. You should know how to extract insights and recognize data limitations.
- Expert-level WordPress knowledge, including experience building websites with it.
- Experience ranking content using low-volume, high-value keywords and a deep understanding of Google SERP features like featured snippets and "People Also Ask."
