Surge is a dynamic Ad agency specializing in delivering highly effective ad campaigns for ambitious companies in cutting-edge B2B SaaS sectors such as AI, No-code, Healthcare, FinTech, Robotics, and B2C SaaS.
We are seeking a Landing Page and CRO Specialist to design websites, create landing pages, and conduct conversion rate optimization experiments.
You will collaborate closely with our Founder to expand our Operations Department, streamlining client onboarding and deploying high-converting landing pages that drive customer acquisition for our clients.
We offer Customers-as-a-Service, providing end-to-end customer acquisition solutions: building landing pages, implementing conversion tracking, delivering analytics, running paid ad campaigns, and designing ad creatives. As part of this, you’ll work with our Media Buying Team to develop landing pages and execute CRO tests.
Additionally, you will take a lead role in refining our paid acquisition strategies for B2B sales call funnels and freemium-to-premium customer acquisition models.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and build Webflow sites and landing pages with support from the media-buying team.
- Independently set up, execute, and report on conversion rate optimization experiments.
- Implement event tracking and analytics events.
- Identify and implement optimizations across landing pages.
- Use analytics dashboards to analyze customer behavior, enhance performance, and spot opportunities early.
- Become the go-to expert at Surge for paid customer acquisition, analytics, and conversion tracking.
Here’s what you might work on:
In your first 30 days, you could:
- Identify opportunities and optimize landing pages for key clients.
- Create new websites and set up CRO experiments from scratch.
- Integrate data with ad platforms and CRMs.
- Set up conversion events and build reporting dashboards.
In your first 90 days, you could:
- Develop conversion-focused landing pages based on CRO experiment data.
- Build custom reporting dashboards to analyze CRO data.
- Establish an experiment cycle process to systematically improve results.
In your first 180 days, you could:
- Develop processes and techniques to keep us at the forefront of paid ad growth.
- Create systems to leverage AI for improving strategy and fulfillment.
- Grow into a leadership role within the Operations Department, overseeing client fulfillment.
Key Skills We’re Looking For:

- Landing Pages: Proficiency in building landing pages, setting up conversion events, optimizing conversion rates, A/B testing, and crafting persuasive copy.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Experience in running tests, reporting results, and implementing changes based on findings.
- Analytics + Events: Comfort with GA4, event tracking via Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs.
- Spreadsheets: Strong spreadsheet skills, including creating clean, formula-driven reports.

- Experience in the tech sector and with startups: Our clients are Seed and Series A startups in the US tech sector. Familiarity with their culture and operations is a plus.
