As a clinical team member, you'll collaborate across settings to conduct assessments, deliver individual/group therapy, and coordinate comprehensive care for substance use disorders. This remote position offers both autonomy and work-from-home convenience.
Earning Potential: Annual compensation up to $75,000 (based on clinical hours) plus robust benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized care plans focused on least restrictive treatment options
- Coordinate with patients, families, and providers to create tailored interventions
- Provide therapeutic services for adolescent and adult populations
- Connect clients with essential social services and community resources
- Serve as patient advocate within healthcare systems
- Apply clinical criteria for appropriate care level determinations
- Maintain thorough documentation of all clinical activities
- Meet established performance metrics and quality benchmarks
- Master and implement the StrongWell care model
- Participate in care coordination meetings and utilization reviews
- Ensure responsible resource management
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Required Credentials:
- Active Tennessee license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
- Substance abuse treatment experience preferred
- Background in maternal health/substance use ideal
- Experience with both adult and adolescent populations
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid systems
- Proven remote work capability
