As a clinical team member, you'll collaborate across disciplines to conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver individual/group therapy, and coordinate care within substance use disorder treatment programs. This remote position offers exceptional work-life balance and professional autonomy.
Earning Potential: Annual compensation up to $75,000 (based on clinical hours) plus robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized care plans focused on least restrictive treatment options
- Facilitate coordinated care through patient/family/provider collaboration
- Deliver therapeutic interventions for adolescent and adult populations
- Connect clients with essential social services and community resources
- Serve as patient advocate within healthcare systems
- Apply clinical criteria for appropriate care level determinations
- Maintain thorough documentation of all clinical activities
- Meet established performance metrics and quality benchmarks
- Master and implement the StrongWell care model
- Participate in care coordination meetings and utilization reviews
- Exercise responsible resource management
- Maintain reliable work attendance and punctuality
Professional Requirements:
- Active Tennessee licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- Substance abuse treatment experience preferred
- Background in maternal health/substance use ideal
- Experience with diverse age groups (adolescents/adults)
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid systems
- Proven remote work capability
