As a clinical team member, you'll collaborate across disciplines to conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver individual/group therapy, and coordinate care within substance use disorder treatment programs. This remote position offers exceptional work-life balance and professional autonomy.

Earning Potential: Annual compensation up to $75,000 (based on clinical hours) plus robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized care plans focused on least restrictive treatment options
  • Facilitate coordinated care through patient/family/provider collaboration
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions for adolescent and adult populations
  • Connect clients with essential social services and community resources
  • Serve as patient advocate within healthcare systems
  • Apply clinical criteria for appropriate care level determinations
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all clinical activities
  • Meet established performance metrics and quality benchmarks
  • Master and implement the StrongWell care model
  • Participate in care coordination meetings and utilization reviews
  • Exercise responsible resource management
  • Maintain reliable work attendance and punctuality
Professional Requirements:

  • Active Tennessee licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
  • Substance abuse treatment experience preferred
  • Background in maternal health/substance use ideal
  • Experience with diverse age groups (adolescents/adults)
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid systems
  • Proven remote work capability
