Your Role
Functional Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales features, including Activities, Accounts, Leads, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, and Configurations.
- Analyze and map business processes across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
- Design, configure, and implement enhancements to Microsoft D365 Sales, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users to maximize system effectiveness.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new system features.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate.
- Customize forms, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft D365 Sales and other platforms (e.g., D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Insights).
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and feature enhancements with minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- At least 5 years of combined functional and technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM).
- Hands-on experience with workflow approval configuration, customization, and automation.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience in developing and configuring KPI-based reports and dashboards.
- Ability to define and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management principles and agile methodologies.
