The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Fillout, you will be the primary point of contact for users facing challenges on our platform. Given the versatility of Fillout, you'll tackle unique technical problems daily, helping customers achieve their goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, high-quality technical support to Fillout users via email, chat, and other channels
- Resolve complex issues and assist users in achieving their specific objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, guides, and help center resources
- Work closely with company leadership to identify and suggest product improvements based on user feedback
- Escalate intricate technical issues to the appropriate team members when needed
- Help build a repository of common problems and their solutions
Requirements
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and a quick learning ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with SaaS products, form builders, or similar technical platforms
- Patience and empathy in customer interactions
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for users
- Self-driven with excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in customer support or technical documentation is a bonus
