Senior Web Graphics Designer – Cyprus or Remote
The Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven Web Graphics Designer to join one of our affiliated companies. In this role, you will work alongside our design and development teams to craft visually stunning and user-centric web graphics that elevate our digital presence.

Key responsibilities include:
- Transform requirements into design concepts and present them effectively
- Collaborate with Copywriters, UI/UX designers, and internal teams to create promotional and marketing materials for both online and offline use
- Design digital elements for products like the Web Trader, Member’s Area, and Mobile App
- Develop promotional materials for digital campaigns, including web banners, landing pages, social media visuals, infographics, and educational guides
- Design updates for company products, such as new website pages, sections, icon sets, and component libraries
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and compliant with media requirements, legal standards, and company procedures
- Work with external partners to produce marketing, advertising, and promotional materials
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in web and graphic design technologies
Requirements:
- Degree in Web or/and Graphic Design
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in financial services, fintech, or advertising agencies is a plus
- Portfolio showcasing at least 2 completed design projects (only applications with a portfolio will be considered)
- Experience in Digital Product Design (websites and mobile apps)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma (Sketch or InVision) and Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Strong aesthetic sense and graphic design skills
- Creative mindset and passion for graphic and web design
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English
