Our Circuit Marketing Sites (CMS) team is key to showcasing our products globally. Currently, our marketing site isn’t keeping up with our product innovations, and we need an experienced engineer to help us bridge that gap.

You’ll own entire pages and sections, translating design concepts into high-performance, SEO-friendly, and visually stunning experiences. No hard deadlines, no micro-management—just the freedom to build exceptional web experiences at your own pace.

Once our core site is up to speed, you’ll have the opportunity to create mini-apps and interactive tools that capture attention, drive traffic, and generate leads. We love experimenting with creative ideas and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

In 2017, we identified a problem with last-mile delivery—it was too stressful for drivers. Circuit was born to simplify this process by creating an app that prioritizes drivers and their customers.

The response was overwhelming. Within a year, we had nearly 1,000 customers, $100k in ARR, and a team of two co-founders, Jack and Pol. Today, with a lean team of ~40, we’ve grown to $25M ARR, helping over 100,000 drivers deliver more than 1 billion packages worldwide—about 20 every second!

Our hiring process for this role has five stages (including a 10-minute application) and typically takes ~three weeks. At every step, you’ll have the chance to ask questions and ensure we’re the right fit for you.

Technical interview with the hiring team
You’ll have a 60-minute video call with the hiring manager, Gonza. He’ll ask about your work history, technical achievements, and your perspective on engineering culture.

Take-home assignment
We’ll send you a brief for a technical test project to see how you approach challenges. It should take ~8 hours, and we’ll compensate you for your time 💵

You’ll have a 30-minute final video call with our Co-Founder and CEO, Jack. This is an informal chat to ensure a great fit and give you a feel for our culture and vision.
