As a technical expert, you’ll tackle complex challenges across support, monitoring, and operations. Your role includes:

• SaaS Support: Provide multi-tiered assistance (1st–3rd level) via Intercom, with emphasis on advanced troubleshooting.
• Platform Support: Resolve ticket-based issues for EU and US customers, ensuring smooth system performance.
• Proactive Monitoring: Use tools to detect and mitigate incidents before they escalate.
• Cloud & System Management: Configure monitoring tools, manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and execute remote updates on Windows/Linux servers via RDP/SSH.
