We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for our suite of tools, including DistroVid and Mixea. You’ll lead end-to-end design projects, creating features that delight users and drive business success. Collaborating with a talented Europe-based product and engineering team, you’ll tackle complex challenges, simplify workflows, and ensure flawless execution. Beyond individual features, you’ll help unify and expand our design language across products while conducting research to better understand our artists’ needs.
Our ideal candidate thinks holistically about design, blending visual aesthetics with UX writing to create seamless experiences. You’ll also play a key role in growing DistroKid’s design culture through hiring, process improvements, and design reviews. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to shape design vision and strategy.
- Translate business goals into customer-centered solutions and align teams around them.
- Present your work confidently to company leadership and stakeholders.
- Design consumer-facing web and mobile products at scale.
