The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Magento II Developer to join one of our client teams. If you are passionate about growth, love your craft, and thrive on turning innovative ideas into impactful products, you might be the perfect fit for this role.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Magento II, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.
- Deep understanding of Magento's code structure, extension architecture, theming hierarchy, and fallback components.
- Proficiency in creating and extending Magento extensions.
- Strong experience in customizing Magento's frontend using layout XML, blocks, and templates.
- Experience managing and developing eCommerce lifecycles.
- Familiarity with modern UX/UI trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Availability within CET time zone (+/- 3 hours).
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to understand company requirements.
- Build and configure Magento II eCommerce websites.
- Develop and customize Magento templates.
- Create Magento II modules in PHP following best practices.
- Design themes and user interfaces.
- Set performance goals and tasks.
- Resolve integration issues.
- Update website features and apply security patches.
