Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on full-stack development using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Expert-level JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js skills.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying RESTful APIs.
- Strong database expertise in MongoDB and SQL.
- Proficiency in modern frontend development (HTML5, CSS3).
- Version control mastery with Git.
- Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Context API).
- Commitment to writing clean, optimized, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
Bonus Skills:
- Next.js or TypeScript experience.
- Familiarity with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
- Availability within CET timezone (±3 hours).
