Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at Zamp

Join Zamp: Where Stability Meets Innovation

Our Core Values:
  • Stability
    • We prioritize intentional and thoughtful development. Our focus is on quality over speed, ensuring our code stands the test of time. We heavily rely on TypeScript and thorough testing to maintain stability.
  • Iteration
    • Every PR undergoes at least two reviews, with multiple rounds of revisions. We embrace this process and the growth it brings, much like refining a well-crafted essay.
  • Learning
    • We believe in continuous growth. Experimentation and skill development are encouraged, and we welcome ideas for new upgrades from anyone on the team.
  • Async Work & Communication
    • Meetings are rare. We thrive on deep focus and flow, enabled by frequent feedback and a commitment to delivering results. Team collaboration is key to our success.
This Might Not Be the Place for You If:
  • You’re possessive about your code and resist feedback
    • We believe progress comes from collaboration, not pride.
  • You need constant direction
    • We trust our team to manage their time and responsibilities independently.
  • You’re easily offended
    • We value direct, honest communication without sugarcoating.
  • You thrive on reckless coding
    • While there’s a time for bold moves, financial data demands precision and care.

Our Tech Stack: We’re NextJS-focused with an event-driven approach. Strongly typed TypeScript is at the heart of everything we do—you’ll need to live and breathe types. Experience with TypeScript, NextJS, and databases is a major plus.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer:
This role is for a collaborative team player who will take ownership of projects and review code for peers. We’re looking for someone with at least 10 years of software development experience. While Next.js expertise is preferred, strong experience with any strongly typed language will be considered.
