About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to lead B2B-focused paid media strategies on LinkedIn and Facebook. This role requires expertise in paid social advertising, audience targeting across various stages of the buying cycle, ad copywriting, conversion tracking, and structured A/B testing. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients generate leads, boost engagement, and achieve measurable ROI.
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Strategy & Execution – Set up, manage, and optimize LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns to drive conversions for B2B clients.
Audience Creation & Targeting – Develop highly segmented audiences using first-party data, lookalike models, and platform-specific targeting features.
Ad Copy & Creative Briefs – Write persuasive ad copy and create detailed creative briefs to guide designers and video teams.
A/B Testing & Optimization – Conduct structured experiments to test different creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
Campaign Analysis & Recommendations – Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
Conversion Tracking & Reporting – Implement and troubleshoot tracking tools (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager) to measure campaign performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads
- Proven success in B2B marketing, particularly in generating leads and driving pipeline growth
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing agency
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills with a track record of creating high-converting ad copy
- Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign measurement and reporting
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and scale campaigns profitably
