Sales Representative- WORK FROM HOME at LawnStarter

We are seeking a skilled sales professional with phone experience and fluency in both spoken and written English. This is a remote role with a call center environment, offering the flexibility to work from home. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a distraction-free workspace.

This position starts as a seasonal role (February to September) but has the potential to transition into a long-term opportunity based on performance. Comprehensive training is provided to get you started, along with ongoing updates throughout the season to equip you with the tools needed to excel in handling calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (warm calls).

• Manage approximately 200 calls per week, with most sales completed in 6 to 15 minutes.

• Work within operating hours: 7 AM - 12 AM CST (Mon-Fri) and 8 AM - 10 PM CST (Sat-Sun). Shifts are 8 hours per day, up to 5 days a week (40 hours total).

• Represent our lawn care services platform, explaining our services, providing job estimates, and booking and upselling customers for recurring services.

• Demonstrate the ability to connect with US-based customers, close sales over the phone, and overcome objections. Upselling skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and VoIP software is a plus.
  • A computer, laptop, or desktop with a camera (8GB RAM, Core i5 processor) and a noise-canceling headset. Chromebooks, tablets, iPads, and cell phones are not compatible.
  • Reliable power source and internet connection (25 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup) in a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Preferred internet providers: PLDT (#1) or Converge (#2).
  • Backup power and internet solutions to ensure uninterrupted work.
  • Willingness to work US hours, weekends, and rotating shifts.

Benefits:

    • Base Pay: $6 USD per hour.
    • Performance-Based Commission: Earn an additional $1 to $4 per hour based on sales performance.
