About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to develop and manage a sales pipeline, identify target accounts, and generate new opportunities through outbound strategies. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will oversee the full sales cycle—from discovery to closing deals. This role offers a unique chance to significantly influence our company’s growth and success.

Your Impact

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, prospect and qualify leads, and close deals.
    • Identify target accounts and develop a book of business aligned with Ren’s ideal customer profile.
    • Generate new opportunities through outbound techniques.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations, showcasing the value of our solutions, including group onboarding and enablement sessions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasting.
  • Meet quotas, goals, and client expectations consistently.
  • Collaborate with customer success to transition clients from pre- to post-sales, ensuring their goals are met.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to relay feature requests, enhancements, and customer feedback.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Provide insights to the product team on customer needs and pain points.
