Your Role:
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of engaging potential customers, supporting their needs, and driving sales success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls, connecting with prospects, and turning leads into sales.
- Understanding customer requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Maintaining engagement with leads through phone, text, and email follow-ups.
- Delivering accurate and clear details about our products and services.
- Recording customer interactions and follow-ups precisely in the CRM system.
- Demonstrating empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We Need from You:
We’re looking for driven individuals with a customer-focused approach and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, B2C sales, or customer service, dealing with complex customer scenarios. Experience in crisis hotlines or social work is a bonus. (Required)
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written). (Required)
- Spanish fluency is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A stable internet connection and a dependable computer setup. (Required)
- The ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
- A positive, professional attitude with a results-driven mindset.
