Our Mission at PIP University
Our goal is to revolutionize the beauty industry. Over the last 5-10 years, the industry has evolved dramatically, and we’ve spent four years crafting a forward-thinking, actionable curriculum. Our program helps salon owners build profitable businesses, grow their teams, and create thriving families. By spreading this education across the country, we aim to Positively Impact People (PIP).
We can’t do this without you. Demand for our program is skyrocketing, and we need your help to enroll more salons. This role is our top priority.
What We Do
At PIP University, we guide salon owners to achieve a 20% profit margin within 12 months through our comprehensive digital course. The program includes 8 chapters and 70 lessons, helping owners reduce their time behind the chair, boost revenue, and expand their teams.
Take Ashley Thomas, for example. A salon owner in Pennsylvania, she joined us in her first year of business with no systems or structure. By her second year, she hit $1 million in revenue. By 2023, she renovated a 5,000 sq ft historic building, grew her team, and surpassed $1.6 million in sales.

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with Samantha, our Director of Sales, and Jacob, our Media Ad Buyer. Our team is fast-paced, self-driven, and collaborative, creating a healthy and dynamic work environment.
Where You’ll Work
We’re a fully remote team, with members spread across the U.S. from Omaha to Vegas and Houston to Chicago. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, a co-working space, or even while traveling the world.
Your Role as a Sales Representative
You’ll focus on three key metrics:
- Book-to-Close Rate
- Number of Closed Clients / Revenue Generated
- Number of Calls Booked from Our Paid Funnel
To achieve these, you’ll:
- Engage in effective outbound communication to connect with more leads.
- Make compelling offers to qualified prospects.
- Manage the sales process to close deals quickly and efficiently.

Requirements
- 2+ years of successful sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, phone sales, SaaS, online training programs, etc.).
- You love closing deals and navigating objections like “I need to think about it.”
- You enjoy uncovering marketing and sales pain points and applying proven strategies.
- You’re motivated by uncapped commissions and take ownership of your results.
- You’re skilled at managing pipelines, running clean sales processes, and closing deals efficiently.
- You’re a hard worker who goes above and beyond to close deals, not just “show up.”
- You excel at transactional selling and avoid endless follow-up cycles.
- You have experience with 1-call or 2-call closes.
- Ideally, you understand digital marketing strategies and live in a North American time zone.
- You’re available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
