  • Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian (both written and verbal). (Required)
  • Prior experience in customer support (phone, email, chat, or similar roles). (Required)
  • A reliable internet connection and a well-equipped home office setup. (Required)
  • A knack for problem-solving and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.
