As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple client projects end-to-end, ensuring success while managing scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Execute initiatives on schedule, manage budgets, and oversee resources. Guide junior team members and subcontractors while mitigating risks. Coordinate communication across transit planners, executives, marketing, and operations teams.
- Service Launch Support: Assist with modeling, site analysis, training, subcontractor management, testing, KPI tracking, and on-site execution for new deployments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships, align expectations, provide updates, and facilitate decision-making to address concerns proactively.
- Reporting & Presentations: Translate technical insights into compelling reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Team Development: Mentor colleagues to overcome challenges and achieve project objectives.
- Process Optimization: Refine best practices for micro-transit rollouts, driving improvements in user experience, ridership, efficiency, and financial performance.
- Tooling & Automation: Identify opportunities to enhance internal workflows through system upgrades and automation.
- Knowledge Sharing: Expand company expertise through cross-disciplinary learning and collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-8 years in project management.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience in executive reporting.
- Data Fluency: Advanced Excel proficiency; ability to craft data-driven narratives.
- Location: Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 20% (Canada & U.S.).
