We’re seeking an Implementations Project Manager to oversee end-to-end client projects, ensuring flawless coordination between teams and stakeholders. - Lead internal handover meetings to transition projects smoothly from Sales to Implementation.
- Conduct client kick-offs to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project execution from start to finish, ensuring milestones are met.
- Engage with third-party vendors to align on scope and contractual requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with technical teams to keep projects on track.
- Provide timely client updates and address queries efficiently.
- Review and validate implementation documents, including Product Specification Forms.
- Monitor task progress and follow up on critical actions.
- Identify risks early and escalate to minimize disruptions.
- Partner with Technical Implementation Managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Support internal coordination and client interactions as needed.
- Expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Deep knowledge of card issuing and payment processing.
- Proven track record in managing complex implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Adaptability in fast-moving, cross-functional settings.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Project Management certification (a plus).
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
- Familiarity with software delivery and infrastructure alignment.
- Background in cards/payments industry (preferred).
