The Opportunity:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager with outstanding communication skills and a client-centric approach. You excel in dynamic settings, juggle multiple projects with ease, and take pride in delivering exceptional outcomes.
Your Responsibilities: As our Project Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for clients from onboarding to launch. You will:
- Oversee multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery.
- Conduct client meetings via screen share, providing clear updates and guiding them through each phase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, sales, and support) to allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain project organization in ClickUp, tracking timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Anticipate and resolve challenges to keep projects moving forward.
- Identify opportunities to refine workflows and enhance client satisfaction.
Success Milestones:
- First Month: Master our platform, processes, and client engagement approach. Start managing active projects.
- Two Months: Take full ownership of multiple projects, lead client meetings confidently, and coordinate internal teams efficiently.
- Three Months: Emerge as a vital PM team member, driving process improvements and consistently delighting clients.
What You Bring:
- Language: Fluent English (clear written and spoken communication; accents are welcome).
- Experience:
- 2+ years in Project Management, ideally within SaaS, web design, or digital services.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Comfort with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana), CRM platforms (HubSpot), and team collaboration apps (Slack).
- Soft Skills:
- Superior communication, professionalism, and client empathy.
- Sharp organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Initiative to lead and make decisions autonomously.
Perks & Details:
- Compensation: $12–$18 USD/hour (experience-based)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, primarily aligned with EST.
- Location: Fully remote (must accommodate EST working hours)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly. Core hours fall within EST/PST business days.
Remote Flexibility:
Work from anywhere—just ensure reasonable overlap with EST/PST time zones.
