The Opportunity:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with outstanding communication abilities and a passion for client success. The ideal candidate excels at juggling multiple priorities in dynamic environments while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Your Mission:
As our Project Manager, you'll serve as the main point of contact for clients from project initiation through completion. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Conducting professional client meetings via screen share to present updates and guide next steps
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, development, sales, support) to allocate resources effectively
  • Maintaining meticulous project documentation in ClickUp with clear timelines and deliverables
  • Identifying and resolving potential obstacles before they impact project timelines
  • Recommending process enhancements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction

Success Milestones:
  • First Month: Master our platform fundamentals and begin supporting live client projects
  • Two Months: Take full ownership of multiple projects and lead client interactions independently
  • Three Months: Emerge as a process improvement leader while consistently delighting clients

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Language: Professional English proficiency (clear verbal/written communication)
  • Background:
    • Minimum 2 years project management experience (SaaS, web design, or digital services preferred)
    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Technical Skills: Comfort with PM tools (ClickUp/Asana), CRM platforms (HubSpot), and team collaboration software (Slack)
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Superior communication skills with professional presence and emotional intelligence
    • Exceptional organizational abilities and creative problem-solving
    • Self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities

What We Offer:
  • Compensation: $12–$18 USD/hour (experience-dependent)
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), primarily Eastern Time zone hours
  • Location: 100% remote (must accommodate EST working hours)
  • Career Growth: Significant advancement opportunities as we scale

Schedule Details:
40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday during standard EST/PST business hours.

Remote Work Policy:

This is a completely remote position available to candidates who can maintain reasonable overlap with EST/PST time zones.
