💡 The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead product messaging, support launches, enable sales, and ensure our website and marketing channels effectively communicate the value of our platform.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and sales teams to align messaging, drive product adoption, and bring new features to market with impactful positioning.
🎯 What You’ll Do

1. Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop compelling messaging that highlights our product’s unique value.
  • Ensure product updates and new features are communicated effectively across all channels.
  • Conduct regular website audits to align content with product value propositions.
2. Customer & Market Insights
  • Use Pendo to analyze user behavior, adoption trends, and feature engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback through surveys and interviews to refine messaging.
  • Conduct competitive research and update sales battle cards.
3. Trial Onboarding & Conversion Optimization
  • Own the trial onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless journey from signup to activation.
  • Optimize in-app messaging, onboarding emails, and guides to boost feature adoption.
  • Use Pendo and HubSpot data to identify friction points and improve trial conversion rates.
4. Product Launches & Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and updates.
  • Develop launch plans, collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Track post-launch metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
5. Website & CRM Optimization
  • Audit the website regularly to ensure consistent product messaging.
  • Work with design and content teams to reflect the latest product updates.
  • Optimize HubSpot CRM workflows to personalize content for different customer segments.
6. Content & Video Creation
  • Create engaging product-focused content, including feature pages, emails, and educational resources.
  • Produce short-form videos, screen recordings, and product walkthroughs to support onboarding and sales.
  • Host webinars and live demos to showcase product features effectively.
7. Sales Enablement
  • Develop sales collateral like one-pagers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Train teams on new product updates, competitive positioning, and messaging.
  • Provide objection-handling materials and FAQs to support the sales team.
8. Customer Advocacy & Case Studies
  • Identify power users and create case studies to showcase their success.
  • Collaborate with customer success to highlight real-world use cases and ROI.
9. Internal Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as the bridge between product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly product syncs, and monthly roadmap reviews.
  • Attend bi-weekly company OPP check-ins and quarterly in-person meet-ups in London.

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Based in the UK or Europe.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in product marketing or SaaS.
  • Analytical mindset – skilled in interpreting Pendo insights, website performance, and CRM data (HubSpot).
  • Strong communication skills – able to craft clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies and SaaS feature launches.
  • Sales enablement expertise – able to create compelling materials for sales teams.
  • Proactive and self-driven – able to identify gaps and take initiative.
📌 Interview Process
  1. 30-minute introductory call with Simon (Head of Marketing).
  2. Task Assignment (≤2 hours) – a practical exercise to showcase your product marketing skills.
  3. Task Interview with Simon and Romario/Shanaaz (Product Managers).
  4. Team Interview – meet the marketing team and discuss strategy.
  5. Final Culture Fit Interview with the President.
  6. Offer & Background Checks – if successful, you’ll receive an offer and undergo reference checks.
