We’re hiring our first Partnerships Strategy Leader to turbocharge our revenue growth!

If you thrive on solving complex challenges from scratch and turning ideas into reality, this role will be your dream. You’ll have the freedom to shape our partnerships strategy, build relationships, and drive meaningful impact—all while owning the process from start to finish. This is a rare mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

So far, our growth has been fueled by happy customers and word of mouth (which we’re incredibly proud of). Now, we’re ready to take it further by forging powerful partnerships with Accounting firms and Systems Integrators to accelerate our reach.

What We’re Building

  • The product ✨: We’re revolutionizing billing, metrics, and revenue recognition for B2B SaaS companies. Our platform helps leaders invoice customers, track ARR, and manage accounting revenue—no matter how complex their contracts are.
    • Customers love us—our satisfaction scores are off the charts.
    • We consistently outperform legacy competitors in head-to-head deals.
  • Your role:
    • You’ll report directly to our CEO, Sidharth, a seasoned B2B SaaS founder with a successful exit.
    • You’ll identify and nurture partnerships with Accounting Firms and Systems Integrators, expanding our network and driving growth.
    • You’ll craft our partnerships strategy from the ground up, designing programs and incentives that deliver results.
    • You’ll have full autonomy to test bold ideas and execute with speed.

Our Interview Process

Transparency is key at Subscript—even in hiring. Our process evaluates your strategic thinking, adaptability, and ability to execute quickly. Expect a mix of async tasks (documents, videos) and live conversations.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, GTM at a startup, or SaaS partnerships. What matters most is your ability to own projects and move fast—we don’t micromanage!
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Familiarity with Office of the CFO products.
