We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our ecommerce operations. This is not your average assistant roleโwe need someone who can take charge, solve challenges, and propel our business to new heights.
๐ Location: Fully Remote (CET Time Zone)
โณ Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
๐ฐ Salary:$2750/month base + up to $750 in KPI-based bonuses
๐ฏ Total Earnings Potential: Up to $3500/month

Your Role (Key Responsibilities)
As the Operations Leader, you will:
๐ Financial & Performance Oversight
- Monitor daily financial metrics (ROAS, profit margins, refunds, etc.) and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate, actionable reports to guide business decisions.
- Ensure fulfillment costs, supplier invoices, and ad spend align with profitability targets.
๐ Fulfillment & Supplier Management
- Collaborate with fulfillment agents to oversee quotes, order processing, and product quality.
- Proactively resolve fulfillment or inventory issues to prevent business disruptions.
๐ฅ Team Collaboration & Support
- Serve as the primary link between the CEO and teams (customer service, fulfillment, marketing).
- Work with the Customer Service Team Lead to analyze refund trends and improve resolution efficiency.
- Partner with marketing agencies and internal teams to track performance and recommend enhancements.
โก Process Improvement & Problem-Solving
- Continuously evaluate operations to boost efficiency, cut costs, and increase profitability.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in fulfillment, reporting, or team workflows.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for critical business processes.

Essential Skills & Experience
โ 2+ years in operations or project management
โ 2+ years of E-Commerce experience
โ Proficiency with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads
โ Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
โ Strong financial skills (tracking profitability, margins, and costs).
โ Experience managing suppliers, fulfillment, or logistics (ecommerce preferred).
โ Advanced Google Sheets & reporting skills (data-driven mindset).
โ Exceptional problem-solving ability โ You analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.
โ Experience managing teams and workflows (ensuring smooth operations).
โ Self-motivated & independent โ You excel in a remote work environment.
๐ก Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
โ Knowledge of dropshipping fulfillment & logistics.
โ Experience in scaling e-commerce operations.
