Role & Responsibilities:
· Translate functional design into technical architecture.
· Convert software requirements into technical specifications.
· Develop and maintain unit tests for all components.
· Implement features using .NET and internal frameworks.
· Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
· Enhance existing code quality.
· Deliver projects as per specifications with strong teamwork.
· Follow best practices in .NET & Dynamics CRM development.
· Optimize code for high-performance scenarios.
Qualifications:
· 6-8 years of experience in MS CRM/Dynamics 365.
· Proven leadership in project/team management.
· Experience in client communication and task delegation.
· BE/MCA or equivalent degree in computer science.
· Minimum 2 years of Dynamics CRM development.
· Strong CRM platform expertise (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, SDK, etc.).
· Hands-on experience with D365, Power Apps, and PCF Controls.
· Familiarity with CRM Functional Modules, Field Service, and Project Service.
· Proficiency in Azure tools (DevOps, Functions, Service Bus, CI/CD).
· Solid ASP.NET (C#, MVC, Web API) and database skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Web technologies & JavaScript client-side scripting.
· IFD environment development/installation experience.
· Knowledge of AngularJS/KnockoutJS frameworks.
· Azure tools and portal customization expertise.
