Marketing Manager, Partnerships (US REMOTE)
Join Thumbtack as a Marketing Manager for Partnerships and help bridge the gap between our platform and the daily lives of homeowners and professionals. This role is perfect for a strategic marketer who thrives on launching and scaling partnerships while deeply understanding customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with our Business Development & Commercial Programs team to onboard new partners and test innovative ventures. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer with expertise in partner and product marketing, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across marketing, business development, product, communications, and enablement to drive partnership initiatives and demand API roadmaps
- Lead go-to-market efforts with a focus on partner marketing and enablement
- Oversee marketing requests and briefs, ensuring timely execution of assets and templates
- Identify growth opportunities and integrate brand messaging into partner communications
- Implement tracking, reporting, and attribution to measure funnel performance
- Own performance reporting and communicate progress toward targets
Qualifications

- 5-7 years in partner marketing, including partner management, growth, and product marketing
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in project and partner management, including go-to-market launches
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to uncover opportunities
- Track record of innovative partner marketing campaigns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including pitching ideas
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and drives results
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in marketplace companies or high-growth startups
- Experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or new channel testing
- Familiarity with partner marketing analytics (LOOKER, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Knowledge of the home services industry

Salary Ranges
- San Francisco/Bay Area, NYC, Seattle: $130,500 - $159,500
- Austin, DC, CA, MA, NJ, WA: $117,900 - $144,100
- All other U.S. locations: $110,700 - $135,300
