Your Mission
As Marketing Director, you’ll architect a demand-generation engine that delivers sellers ready to move and candidates who fit perfectly. You’ll own the blueprint, rollout, and fine-tuning of campaigns, tech stacks, and partnerships that transform interest into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deploy cross-channel campaigns that pull in high-intent sellers and elite talent.
- Develop marketing automations and sequences that engage leads and eliminate drop-offs.
- Supercharge our GoHighLevel CRM with cutting-edge tools, triggers, and connections.
Daily Impact:
- Run and optimize ads across Meta, YouTube, email, direct mail, Indeed, and other channels.
- Craft messaging that hooks attention and compels response.
- Design fail-proof systems to track and advance every lead and applicant.
