Weβre seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Junior Operations Manager to lead and optimize our ecommerce operations. This is not your average assistant roleβwe need someone who can take charge, solve challenges, and drive the business to new heights.

π° Salary:$2750/month base + up to $750 in KPI-based bonuses

Your Role (Key Responsibilities)
As the Operations Powerhouse, you will:
π Financial & Performance Oversight
- Monitor daily financial metrics (ROAS, profit margins, refunds, etc.) and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate, actionable reports to guide business decisions.
- Ensure fulfillment costs, supplier invoices, and ad spend align with profitability targets.
π Fulfillment & Supplier Management
- Collaborate with fulfillment partners to oversee quotes, order processing, and product quality.
- Proactively resolve fulfillment or inventory issues to prevent business disruptions.
π₯ Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Serve as the bridge between the CEO and the team (customer service, fulfillment, marketing).
- Work with the Customer Service Team Lead to analyze refund trends and improve resolution efficiency.
- Partner with marketing agencies and internal teams to track performance and recommend enhancements.
β‘ Process Improvement & Problem-Solving
- Continuously evaluate operations to boost efficiency, cut costs, and increase profitability.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for critical business processes.

Required Skills & Experience
β 2+ years in operations or project management
β 2+ years in E-Commerce
β Proficiency with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads
β Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
β Strong financial skills (tracking profitability, margins, and cost structures).
β Experience managing suppliers, fulfillment, or logistics (ecommerce preferred).
β Advanced Google Sheets & reporting skills (data-driven mindset).
β Exceptional problem-solving ability β You analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.
β Experience managing teams and workflows (keeping operations smooth).
β Self-motivated & independent β You excel in a remote work environment.
π‘ Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
β Knowledge of dropshipping fulfillment & logistics.
β Experience in scaling e-commerce operations.
