Junior Business Development Representative at SocialMadeSimple
SocialMadeSimple is looking for a driven Junior Business Development Representative to join our team. Your Role at SocialMadeSimple
- Make at least 60 outbound calls per day, converting 20%+ into scheduled appointments
- Prospect leads through cold calls and LinkedIn outreach
- Clearly explain product benefits when booking meetings
- Deliver a positive experience for every potential client
- Take initiative to learn about our services and grow professionally
- Prepare daily reports on appointment outcomes
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts
- Highly motivated with a passion for sales
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with strong time management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation: $40K-45K base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $60K+).
