- Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and A/B testing to measure ROI and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to support SEO efforts.
- Work with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Gain a deep understanding of the self-storage industry and customer needs to create targeted campaigns and messaging.
- Oversee SEM strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and use customer insights for targeted campaigns.
- Plan and execute lead generation activities, such as webinars, virtual events, and other initiatives.
- Track lead attribution and provide detailed reports on campaign performance.
- Regularly review and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to share insights and actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to design and detail.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategies.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts and driving measurable growth in a SaaS business.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience building and managing automations and integrations between marketing and CRM tools (e.g., MailerLite and Pipedrive).
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, analysis, and productivity enhancement.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus but not required).
- Comfortable with asynchronous communication tools like Slack and other collaboration platforms.
