We are looking for a motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Specialist with 5–10 years of expertise to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement data-driven strategies to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and grow our customer base. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, you will optimize campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers, while providing actionable insights to fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Produce and manage compelling content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and A/B testing to measure ROI and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to support SEO efforts.
  • Work with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the self-storage industry and customer needs to create targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Oversee SEM strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and use customer insights for targeted campaigns.
  • Plan and execute lead generation activities, such as webinars, virtual events, and other initiatives.
  • Track lead attribution and provide detailed reports on campaign performance.
  • Regularly review and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to share insights and actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to design and detail.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategies.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts and driving measurable growth in a SaaS business.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience building and managing automations and integrations between marketing and CRM tools (e.g., MailerLite and Pipedrive).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, analysis, and productivity enhancement.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus but not required).
  • Comfortable with asynchronous communication tools like Slack and other collaboration platforms.
