The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Investment Manager to join our team and collaborate directly with our founder. This role is perfect for someone with startup or venture capital experience, a deep passion for early-stage investing, and a keen interest in Web3. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments, as well as supporting our portfolio founders globally.
The Role
- Identify and assess high-potential startups, particularly in Fintech, Web3, and AI.
- Build and nurture relationships with founders, VCs, and key partners.
- Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
- Assist in managing and supporting our portfolio companies.
- Develop and maintain a network of investors and funds for potential co-investments.
- Prepare investment materials and presentations for fundraising or syndication efforts.
Your Profile
- Experience in startups or venture capital (either at a fund, accelerator, or as a founder/operator).
- Strong enthusiasm for venture capital, startups, and Web3.
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to evaluate early-stage startups.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- A proactive, curious, and independent mindset.
- You are seeking a serious, multi-year, long-term role to grow in.
- Side projects: We value builders! Along with your resume, share a side project you’ve worked on.
