Compensation

Expected earnings for this role range from $18,762 to $36,611 USD per year. Salespeople who do not meet this earning level are not retained at Unload My Home, as our leads, systems, and resources provide ample opportunities for success.

Base pay is $800 USD per month, which is a draw against commission.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a vital member of our sales team, your primary focus will be building and maintaining relationships with qualified leads, ensuring you’re the first person they call when they’re ready to sell. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling 12 qualified appointments per week for local sales reps.
  • Making 125 calls daily to connect with leads, qualify them, and build relationships.
  • Ensuring a high appointment show rate by confirming all decision-makers will be present and setting clear expectations.
  • Continuously improving your sales skills and mindset by leveraging our training and resources.
A Day in the Life

Your weekday begins at 8:30 AM with a team meeting to review KPIs and participate in advanced sales training. After that, you’ll spend the day on the phone with leads—qualifying, building relationships, and setting appointments.

On Saturday mornings (9 AM to Noon), you’ll make calls during the week’s highest answer rate window. You’ll also handle inbound leads after hours and on weekends to maximize every opportunity.
