Remote Inside Sales - Account Executive at Your Resource Group

Who We Are
We are a dynamic financial services startup dedicated to enhancing consumer credit profiles. We are on the lookout for driven, KPI-focused sales representatives who are eager to earn up to $90K annually while working remotely. Our team provides extensive training and ongoing sales coaching to ensure you achieve your financial aspirations.

During the initial training phase, we offer a guaranteed stipend to help you settle into the role (*details on weekly pay below). If you're an experienced sales professional seeking the flexibility of remote work paired with excellent earning potential, we’d love to connect with you!

Compensation Details
This is a 100% commission-based role, complemented by competitive performance-based bonuses.

Training Period - For the first 4 weeks, we provide a guaranteed training stipend of $500 (US) or your commission earnings, whichever is higher.

Post-Training Period:
First-year average OTE: $50K-$70K (US) annually
Top performers' first-year OTE: $70K-$90K (US) annually

*These figures represent average earnings, but there’s no cap on what you can earn if you’re a high-performing, financially motivated individual ready to surpass sales goals.

Your Role
You’ll be educating inbound callers about their credit status by offering consultations, with the aim of enrolling them in one of our services if it’s a good fit.

We’re Seeking Team Members Who Are:
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like SLACK, CRM software, Google Sheets, and more. These tools are integral to our daily operations.
  • Growth-oriented, always eager to learn and develop new skills.
  • Independent self-starters who can work efficiently without constant supervision.
  • Team players who value feedback and implement coaching advice to improve performance.
  • Patient and professional, especially when discussing sensitive financial topics with clients. Empathy and composure under pressure are key.
  • Financially driven individuals who consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Outgoing with exceptional rapport-building and active listening skills. If you can engage in meaningful conversations with anyone, this role might be perfect for you!

What You’ll Need:
A dedicated home office or quiet workspace.
A reliable internet connection.
A desktop or laptop computer.

(*Note: Devices like Chromebooks, iPads, or laptops with 8GB of RAM or less may not support our systems effectively.)

Schedule Details

Training Schedule:
The first two weeks of training run from 10 AM to 6 PM EST.

*The first week of training is mandatory. Missing a day may require restarting the training week.

Post-Training Schedule:
We’re hiring for the following shifts:

Tuesday - Saturday
OR
Sunday - Thursday

Shift hours will be determined during the hiring process based on company needs. Available shifts include:
7:30 AM - 3:30 PM EST
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST
9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
10:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST
11:30 AM - 7:30 PM EST
12:30 PM - 8:30 PM EST
1:30 PM - 9:30 PM EST
2:30 PM - 10:30 PM EST
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST
