Team & Opportunity


The HR Transformation team pioneers digital solutions and process excellence to bring Robinhood's PeopleX vision to life, delivering an exceptional employee experience.


In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives within our People Operations landscape, with a core focus on crafting and implementing an AI-powered HR service strategy. You'll partner across functions, especially with Corporate Engineering, to drive large-scale change. We need a structured thinker who approaches challenges with a consultant's mindset and thrives on operational transformation.


This position follows our hybrid work model, with preference for candidates near our listed offices. Limited remote opportunities exist in US regions without physical locations. Discuss specifics with your recruiter regarding our office expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute an AI strategy for HR services, enabling 24/7 employee support and operational efficiency
  • Pioneer automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and optimize data integration
  • Establish measurable success criteria and leverage analytics to track AI initiative performance
  • Identify additional opportunities to elevate PeopleX outcomes through cross-functional partnerships
  • Secure leadership buy-in for new programs and guide cross-functional teams through implementation
  • Manage phased rollouts, change management, and vendor relationships as needed
  • Co-develop prioritization frameworks with Corporate Engineering to align tech resources with HR objectives
  • Serve as the bridge between HR stakeholders and systems initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment

Qualifications

  • 7+ years leading strategic HR initiatives, specializing in AI, automation, process redesign, and system deployments
  • Deep expertise with HR platforms; Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice, Sana, or Moveworks experience highly valued
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise projects, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and unite cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience using data to refine solutions and demonstrate impact
  • Outstanding communication and influence skills to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Strong business judgment with ability to evaluate ROI and align projects with organizational priorities
  • Global experience a plus

Compensation varies based on education, experience, location, and business needs. Salary ranges align with three geographic zones:
Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)
$140,000 - $165,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$123,000 - $145,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$110,000 - $129,000 USD
