Opportunity: Regional Head of Sales (Europe Market)

We're seeking a strategic leader to drive business growth across Europe, aligning corporate strategy with regional execution. This role carries full accountability for revenue expansion, market potential, and deep understanding of client needs in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement regional business strategies for Europe
  • Manage a team of Customer Success and Business Development professionals
  • Develop comprehensive client growth plans (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Expand existing client relationships to drive revenue and engagement
  • Pioneer innovative sales approaches to acquire new customers
  • Conduct thorough market potential analysis
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify growth obstacles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Country Managers to prioritize product development
  • Stay current with regional market trends
  • Deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure timely achievement of business objectives

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Sales Leadership (Head of Sales, BizDev Lead) within B2B sectors
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and revenue growth
  • Experience leading sales/customer success teams (3+ years)
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating long-term client partnerships
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and growth potential
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and overcome challenges
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and innovation
  • Strategic mindset to contribute to regional business development
  • Adaptability in evolving business landscapes
