We are a fast-growing early-stage startup seeking a dynamic individual to lead growth, community engagement, and all non-technical initiatives. As the first and sole non-technical team member for the foreseeable future, you will spearhead efforts in social media, SEO, advertising, content creation, and other growth-related activities.
The ideal candidate has some technical background (e.g., experience writing Python scripts) but, more importantly, possesses the ability to strategize and execute growth plans effectively.
Our startup has validated demand and is generating early revenue. We provide competitive compensation, with a strong emphasis on equity. Unlike traditional startup options or RSUs, our equity is offered through a crypto token. We’ll share more details during our conversation :).
