Job Title: Head of Growth

We're looking for a driven marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As our Head of Growth, you'll be the architect of our marketing strategy - designing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable business results.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape our marketing playbook from the ground up. You'll balance strategic thinking with execution, managing everything from content creation to performance analysis while working closely with our CEO.

Location Requirement: Must be available to work USA Eastern Time business hours.

Your Impact

Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and execute our comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives
  • Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI

Demand Generation
  • Lead multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid media)
  • Craft compelling messaging that converts
  • Continuously test and optimize campaign performance

Content & Digital Marketing
  • Oversee content creation across multiple formats
  • Drive SEO strategy and implementation
  • Build automated nurture systems to convert leads

Performance Management
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics
  • Create executive-level performance reports
  • Use data insights to refine strategies

Resource Management
  • Manage external partners and vendors
  • Oversee marketing technology stack
  • Ensure projects deliver on-time results

Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years marketing experience (startup/small company preferred)
  • Proven track record of owning marketing outcomes
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Hands-on campaign management experience
  • Budget management expertise
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Agile decision-making abilities
  • Strong executive presentation skills
