That’s why we’re looking for a Head of Branding & Design who can take full ownership of our brand identity and execute it seamlessly across both digital and physical realms.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on initiative and execution. You’ll lead the development and implementation of branding strategies, ensuring every project has a cohesive and impactful identity. From websites and marketing materials to signage and interior branding, you’ll see your ideas come to life in both digital and physical forms.
You’ll need to be strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented. You’ll define the visual and experiential identity of our spaces and oversee the execution, collaborating with designers, manufacturers, and installers as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Develop comprehensive visual identities for each project, from online presence to physical branding.
- Ensure a consistent, premium brand experience across logos, signage, digital assets, and marketing materials.
- Design and manage landing pages, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Oversee on-site branding elements, including wayfinding signage and window graphics.
- Manage end-to-end execution, ensuring branding elements are implemented as envisioned.
- Collaborate with real estate teams, architects, and contractors to bring branding to life in physical spaces.
- Take full ownership of projects, delivering results without waiting for approval.

- Comfortable coordinating with suppliers, printers, and teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Proficient in graphic design, visual branding, and creative direction.
- Willing to travel occasionally (1-2 weeks per project) to oversee branding implementation on-site.
