Your Role
As Glama's inaugural full-time engineer, you'll collaborate directly with the founder to shape and scale systems used by thousands daily. This is a unique opportunity to build foundational infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance our MCP server directory, gateway architecture, and hosting solutions.
- Architect backend systems for server discovery, deployment, security, and monitoring.
- Develop APIs, SDKs, and user-facing interfaces for diverse audiences.
- Maintain and contribute to our open-source MCP tooling ecosystem.
- Engage with and support our growing developer communities across platforms.

- Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Eagerness to master the MCP ecosystem and track emerging developments.
- Ability to identify technical challenges in MCP systems and propose innovative solutions.
