Experienced Partnership Manager needed for B2B SaaS/Fintech at Chargeback
At Chargeback.io, we’re a dynamic startup dedicated to helping online businesses defend their revenue by stopping chargebacks. We're seeking a skilled Partnership Manager to expand and lead our partner network.
In this position, you’ll take charge of finding new partners, nurturing lasting relationships, and ensuring their success with our platform. You’ll manage everything from initial outreach to onboarding, activation, and continuous support—owning the entire partnership lifecycle.
We’re already trusted by numerous agencies and platforms, and this role is essential to accelerating that growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure new agency, platform, and integration partners
- Serve as the primary contact for partners from first interaction to ongoing collaboration
- Develop tracking links, marketing materials, and joint initiatives to boost partner success
- Maintain regular communication to foster engagement, satisfaction, and referrals
- Monitor performance and refine our partner program for scalability
This is a relationship-focused role, not just transactional. We want someone who truly loves building connections, delivering value, and growing alongside our partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce partnerships, business development, or affiliate management
- Familiarity with tools such as Clay.com, Apollo.io, Hubspot, or partner tracking is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication—clear, empathetic, and assured
- Demonstrated success in outreach, relationship management, and closing partnership agreements
- Self-driven, organized, and able to thrive in a remote setting with minimal supervision
You’ll be part of a small, agile team, take ownership immediately, and be instrumental in fueling our growth through strategic partnerships.
