The Role (Full Training Provided)
Begin as an Operations Assistant handling purchasing support, invoice verification, and inventory management. No prior experience needed—we provide step-by-step training. High performers advance quickly.
What You’ll Do:
Data & Admin: Maintain spreadsheets, organize records, file invoices, and create simple reports.
Orders & Inventory: Track shipments, update stock counts, identify low inventory, and help avoid shortages.
Quality Assurance: Use checklists to confirm product accuracy and report discrepancies.
Vendor Communication: Send emails, request quotes, and follow up on delivery timelines.
Tool Usage: Learn Shopify, ShipStation, and Google Sheets (training included).
Requirements (No Experience Necessary)
Exceptional attention to detail—you aim for perfection.
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets (SUM/COUNT) or quick to learn.
Clear, professional English writing skills.
Stable internet and a distraction-free workspace.
Proactive, curious, and able to follow instructions precisely.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify or ShipStation.
Previous admin, reporting, or logistics experience.
Familiarity with purchase orders.
