Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle campaigns to boost activation, conversion, and retention.
- Build and optimize automated email journeys (onboarding, feature updates, win-backs, transactional emails).
- Manage email lists with strategic segmentation for maximum deliverability.
- Write compelling, on-brand copy that drives action.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, timing, and personalization.
- Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and optimize performance.
- Align messaging across teams (product, marketing, support) for a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years in lifecycle/email marketing (SaaS experience preferred).
- Expertise in email platforms (MailerLite experience a bonus).
- Strong automation and transactional email skills.
- Exceptional copywriting with brand voice mastery.
- Data-driven mindset (GA4, Looker, PostHog proficiency).
- Deep understanding of segmentation and engagement drivers.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated with strong time management in remote work.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- 4-hour overlap with CET time zone required.
