Familiarity with CRM platforms and their integration into marketing workflows is a must. Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Design, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and others for the US and UK markets
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to enhance ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages to boost conversion rates
- Collaborate on strategies to launch or restructure paid marketing in new countries during onboarding
- Generate weekly reports on marketing campaign outcomes
Email Marketing
- Create and oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Partner with the Global Marketing Director to develop and refine automated email workflows for lead nurturing and retention
Country-Specific Marketing Support
- Support the onboarding of new countries by evaluating and enhancing their marketing efforts
- Provide hands-on assistance to set up paid marketing campaigns as required
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to global brand guidelines and messaging
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with the Global Marketing Director to align strategies and objectives
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance, identifying trends and growth opportunities
- Stay informed about industry trends and propose innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in paid digital marketing across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Drip) and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience in global non-profits, remote teams, or multinational organizations is preferred
- Agency experience is a significant advantage
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation is based on a formula that considers above-median market rates for the role (we pay at the 55th percentile of the New York market rate, according to Payscale data) and adjusts for your local cost of living using Numbeo data.
We are committed to equitable pay and apply this formula to all team members working 80% or more of full-time hours.
