In this role, you'll assist developers with billing, account management, and general inquiries while gathering valuable feedback to shape our product and processes. There’s room to grow as you deepen your expertise and contribute to our evolving customer success strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to build strong relationships and ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  • Guide users through their journey, answering non-technical questions and directing them to helpful resources.
  • Communicate proactively to understand needs, resolve issues, and provide timely support.
  • Collaborate across teams to relay customer insights and improve our product and processes.
  • Help refine internal and external documentation for better accessibility.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles (support, success, account management, or similar) with the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for helping others, strong listening skills, and clear communication in English (written and spoken).
  • Comfort engaging with technical users, even without coding experience.
  • Proactive, organized, and adept at managing your time in a remote setting.
  • An eye for improving processes and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Enthusiasm for problem-solving and collaborating with a humble, cross-functional team.
  • A desire to grow professionally and shape the future of customer success at AppSignal.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Stripe is a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
