Remote Customer Support Representative, Intuit TurboTax at Working Solutions
Working Solutions is looking for tech-savvy and customer-focused independent contractors to join a unique opportunity providing support to Intuit TurboTax customers. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and creating your own schedule!
In this role, you’ll help customers with software navigation, locate prior tax returns and amendments, and escalate calls when needed. You’ll provide assistance through multiple support channels, including:
- Phone support with video chat capability
- Traditional chat support

Earnings Potential
- Earn up to $19 per hour, with additional incentives as tax day approaches.
- Contractors meeting or exceeding key metrics typically earn $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times.
- Guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes of pay for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule
- This seasonal contract runs through April 15th, 2025 (Tax Day).
- Flexible scheduling – design your own hours!
- Available hours: 7 am to 11 pm CST, Monday through Sunday.
- Options for both weekday and weekend shifts.

Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablets)
- Broadband internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS recommended)
- Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid, up-to-date antivirus software
- USB headset with microphone
- Mac users: Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
- A webcam will be provided for the duration of the contract.

We are unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also pass a criminal background check.
Contractual Relationship: This is an independent contractor position. Working Solutions will not withhold taxes from your earnings.
